The Buyer's Agency Agreement is governed by the law of New South Wales and is provided in accordance with the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) and applicable regulations. Until the Buyer's Agency Agreement has been signed by both parties, DamInvest has no contractual obligation to act on your behalf, source property, negotiate on your behalf, or perform any of the services described on this Website.
